Returns Policy
At BS Medicom, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality medical devices. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns are necessary. Please review the following policy regarding returns of medical devices:
Eligibility for Returns:
Products eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 5 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
Returns are allowed only in case of any manufacturing defect, damaged/not working when received. In case of package damage during transit, customer is requested not to receive the package.
Customized or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at support@bsmedicom.com.
Customers will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice, when requesting a return.
In case of damage during shipping, we will assist you in working with courier partner for a rightful solution.
Returns are not accepted if the product is physically damaged while usage, tampered with or without reading/watching instruction manual.
Our customer service team will guide customers through the return process, including providing return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Returns must be sent back to BS Medicom in accordance with the provided instructions and using a trackable shipping method.
Upon receipt of returned goods, we will send a confirmation via email or whatsapp notifying the customer.
Appropriate solution/options will be provided to the customer after our technical team/manufacturer team verifies the product.
BS Medicom is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Inspection and Replacement:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team/Manufacturer team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, a replacement will be processed to the customer within 15 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for any of the items supplied.
Exchanges:
Exchanges for the same item may be offered if the original item received is defective.
If an exchange is not possible from our end, a refund will be provided following the standard return procedure.
Exceptions:
Certain items like wearable devices are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations or manufacturer restrictions.
